As part of our commitment to fulfill all our customer needs we have installed a highly sophisticated state of the art CNC profile cutting machine which can cater plate sizes up to 3mtrs in width and length up to 7 mtrs. A CNC profile cutting machine helps us to minimize the material looses with better utilization of the resources which translates to lower production cost. This means we can provide highly competitive rates to our customers and help them save money and time. Our staff is instructed to follow a highly stringent quality monitoring standards which means our rejection percentage is extremely low.
In addition to sufficient stocks, 9 overhead cranes along with systematic and streamlined loading procedures assure you prompt delivery. We have electronic weighing machines conveniently located to ensure quick delivery along with accuracy. In order to provide an even better, transparent and efficient system we have integrated all the weighing machines with a software which gives us accurate results and stores the same for future references. In addition to this we have also integrated a token system for the loading of vehicles. The display system helps our staff members to get an immediate and most accurate status of the vehicles under loading.
